Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

Dalira is an app for autistic children and their families, published by Birim Ajans Yazılım Limited Şirketi (“Birim Ajans”, “we”). This page explains what data the app handles, why, who receives it, and how to have it deleted.

In short

Data stored only on your device

Routines, talk cards, the child’s first name, game results, photos you add and app settings (language, speech rate, appearance, routine reminder times) are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. Dalira does not upload them. Deleting the app deletes this data from the device. If you use your device’s own backup (iCloud or Google backup), your operating system may include app data in that backup; we have no access to it.

Data processed for purchases

When Dalira starts, it connects to RevenueCat, Inc. to check whether Premium is active, to show the available plans, and to process purchases and restores. For this, RevenueCat receives:

We use this data only to verify and restore purchases and to unlock Premium. It is not used for advertising or tracking, and it is not sold. RevenueCat processes it on our behalf as our service provider; see the RevenueCat privacy policy. Purchase data is kept for as long as it is needed to provide and restore Premium, or until you ask us to delete it (see below).

Payments are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google process the payment and keep their own purchase records under their own privacy policies (Apple, Google). Dalira never sees your payment card details.

What Dalira does not collect

Dalira does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, location, the advertising identifier (IDFA or Android advertising ID), analytics or usage statistics, photos, voice recordings, or anything you create in the app. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

Photos, speech and sharing

If you add your own photo to a card or routine step, Dalira opens your device’s photo picker and copies only the photo you choose into its private storage. Dalira does not use the microphone and does not record audio; spoken words come from the text-to-speech engine installed on your device. The progress report can be shared only after the parental gate: Dalira hands the report text (the child’s first name and a summary of game and routine results) to the app you choose in the system share sheet, for example Messages or email. Dalira does not send it anywhere itself.

Notifications (routine reminders)

Routine reminders are off until a parent turns them on. A parent sets a time for a routine in the routine editor, which is behind the parental gate; Dalira first explains the reminders and only then asks for notification permission. Reminders are created and shown only on this device: Dalira uses no push service, and no notification token, device identifier or reminder data is sent to us or anyone else. A reminder shows a fixed text, for example “Time for Morning routine. Open the picture steps together.” Routine names you typed yourself and your child’s name are never shown in a notification. There are at most 3 reminders a day and none between 22:00 and 06:00. To know whether reminders help, the app keeps simple counts (for example how many reminders were set or opened) on the device only; they are never sent. You can turn reminders off in Settings or in your phone’s notification settings; turning them off cancels scheduled reminders.

Children

Dalira is made for children to use with a parent or caregiver. We do not collect personal information from children: nothing a child enters or creates in the app leaves the device. The only data that leaves the device is the purchase data described above (anonymous app user ID, purchase status and technical request data), processed so that a purchase made by a parent works. Purchases, restoring purchases, the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use links, settings, editing and sharing are behind a parental gate (a question for adults). There are no ads, no chat and no way for a child to contact other people through the app.

Deleting your data

On your device: delete the app. This removes everything Dalira stored on the device, including the anonymous app user ID. Copies inside your own iCloud or Google device backup are managed in your device settings.

At RevenueCat: email nonanik@gmail.com with the subject “Dalira data deletion”. Dalira has no accounts, so to find your record please include the order number of your purchase: for Apple, the Order ID shown in your App Store receipt email or at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, the order number starting with “GPA.” in your receipt email. We will delete the matching RevenueCat customer record (anonymous app user ID and purchase history) within 30 days of your request and confirm by email. You do not need to send any other information.

Deleting the record does not cancel a subscription; cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Apple and Google keep their own records of the purchase under their own policies and legal obligations; we cannot delete those.

If you never made a purchase, RevenueCat holds only an anonymous app user ID and technical request data, with no purchase history and nothing that links it to you, so we cannot look it up. Deleting the app stops any further connection from your device.
